As part of the Road to KRB 200 series, this special yoga session is designed for runners, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone looking to improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and mental focus ahead of race day. Led by Noer Akbar, the session combines mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching to help prepare your body for the demands of the trail.
Set in the tranquil atmosphere of Ecodome Park, Kebun Raya Bogor, participants will experience a refreshing morning practice surrounded by nature while connecting with fellow members of the KRB 200 community.
